YoPi by Lizzy is a full body workout designed to playfully achieve defining features, increased fitness, flexibility and body strength while being easy on the joints, knees and back. YoPi is an excellent way of acting preventatively in avoiding back and joint irritations, making it a great workout for all age groups. My approach is focused on creating a fun and engaging workout experience that is tailored to meet the needs of each individual client.

Meet Lizzy

Founder and Head Trainer

Lizzy is a certified fitness coach with over 14 years of experience in Yoga & Pilates,but also really enjoyed Ballet as a workout as it is very beneficial for posture, balance and defintion. this lead to the decison to create a combination out of those 3 concepts.  It  proved to be effective, as well as entertaining, so therefore she decided  to share this combined workout conecept with clients by creating their own individually custom designed sessions.
